POSITION: Social Media Manager

REPORTING TO: Director of Marketing

STATUS: W2 employee, 20 hours per week

LOCATION: Utah, must be local

START DATE: as soon as possible


The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the overall organic social media strategy for The Page Company’s various social media platforms. This is a critical role within the marketing team of the company and will involve working closely with the Marketing Director.


Social Media Campaigns and Strategy

Design and implement targeted social media campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives, incorporating innovative approaches to increase brand awareness, generate revenue, and boost engagement.

Continually optimize social media strategy based on performance analytics and industry trends.

Video Content Creation and Editing

Accompany and assist the Creative Director/Brand Creator during shoots to capture footage for use in reels, stories, and YouTube videos, ensuring consistent, on-brand content production and expanding our visual marketing library.

Lead the creation and editing of video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other video channels ensuring they match our brand voice and audience interest.

Coordinate with external agencies when necessary to produce content.

Engagement and Community Building

Actively engage with our online community, fostering a positive environment and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Implement strategies to grow our audience on each platform, enhancing our brand's digital footprint and community engagement.

Analytics and Reporting

Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of social media activities and campaigns, using insights to drive content and strategy improvements.

Present regular reports to stakeholders on metrics, achievements, and areas for enhancement.

Performance Analysis

Utilize various analytics tools to track performance across platforms and use these insights to guide strategy.

Suggest and implement social media strategy adjustments to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
