Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been process or shipped. It is not The Page Company's responsibility for orders that are delivered to the incorrect address.
Due to our quick and efficient shipping team, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order prior to shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm everything before placing an order. As soon as an order is prepared for shipment, a return fee of $4.95 will be applied to the order if it is canceled.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you chose at check out. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information. Please allow for 24 hours for tracking information to update. For international orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Utah. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all items DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). It is your responsibility to know and pay for duties and taxes based on your countries import rules and regulations.
All international orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
When we ship internationally we do NOT pay for duties and taxes. We do this in order to make sure we can service as many countries as possible. If you place an international order you must agree to the following:
"I Hereby I authorize The Page Company to import the goods on my behalf. Further I agree that The Page Company may delegate the obligation to import the goods on my behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). I will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods."
What is your return policy?
The customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning items and shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest that customers consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if for any reason it’s not received a claim needs to be made through the mailing carrier.
The Page Company is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect, or incomplete shipping address, including addresses that were undeliverable upon delivery. Non-delivery or additional shipping costs due to customer errors will be covered by the customer. It is our policy that if an item is undeliverable by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier and remains in transit, that the customer reach out directly to the carrier with their tracking number and file a claim. Once the claim is received it is up to the carriers discretion to pay or not pay the claim.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. There are no returns or exchanges on international orders. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders.
What if the item(s) I received are damaged?
Please contact us within 5 days from receiving your order if you received product that is incorrect, missing, and/or damaged. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), your name and email address. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Shelf Cooking Meal Plan Subscriptions
Q: HOW DO I ACCESS MY PLAN?
A: Starting October 1st, you will receive an email with a link to login to your account. You can access your plan by visiting this site anytime, anywhere! Every Friday morning, we will send out a reminder email to check out the upcoming week's meal plan and grocery list. We recommend bookmarking this site on your browser or smart phone for easy access!

Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES EACH RECIPE SERVE?
A: Our recipes typically serve about 4-6 people, but quantities can easily be adjusted by halving or doubling to fit your family’s needs!
Q: DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
A: Short answer, no! We believe that you can make things work with what you have, but many of our meals recommend the use of a slow-cooker and other common kitchen tools.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL MY GROCERIES COST EACH WEEK?
A: Great question with an easy answer: you choose your budget! We designed our plan to accommodate EVERY budget - that is the beauty of shelf cooking! Our recipes are tailored to rely on the basic pantry essentials. If you're already stocked up on the essentials, you might even be able to get by without a grocery trip one week! It's definitely possible to get by with what you have, but our recipes are supplemented with a few fresh ingredients each week - providing meals that are both wholesome & frugal for your family.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE GLUTEN-FREE OR VEGAN MEAL PLANS?
A: While we do not have separate meal plans for those with specific dietary needs, our plan is designed to be adaptable. In fact, we would love to see how you use shelf cooking to adapt recipes to your needs!
Q: WHAT ABOUT PICKY EATERS? WILL MY KIDS LIKE IT?
A: We hear you loud and clear, sister! We have picky kids too and want them to eat! Keeping our meal plan family friendly is extremely important to us as we design each week’s meal plan. Our meals offer a variety of delicious family dinners that have been tried and tested in our own homes.
Q: ONCE I PURCHASE THE PLAN, CAN I GO BACK TO VIEW PREVIOUS RECIPES AND PLANS?
A: In order to protect the value of our meal plans, you will only see the current week's recipes each week when you login to your account; however, we recommend printing your recipes and storing them in a recipe binder for you to enjoy over and over!
Q: HOW MUCH CLEAN UP WILL THERE BE?
A: The last thing we want to do at the end of the day is make another mess to clean up, right?? We thought about this when creating this meal plan! All of the prep work is laid out for you in your weekly "Prep Guide" which helps you prepare for future meals ahead of time, cutting down on dirty dishes & clean-up each day! And if you have kiddos, don't carry the burden of clean-up alone! We encourage you to consider mealtime a family activity. Not only will you grow closer as. a family, but your kids will be learning lifetime skills as well!
Q: HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER MEAL PLANS?
A: We aren't just giving you a bunch of recipes and saying good luck - that's what Pinterest is for! We know that what you're really needing is structure. Let US do the brain work of organizing meals to use up your ingredients and reduce waste, mapping out grocery lists, figuring out how to prep ahead, and collecting delicious recipes your whole family will love (with options for substitutions, so you have the option to use what you have before spending money on what you don't need). All of this tied up in a pretty little PDF package!
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?
A: We do not provide nutritional information with our recipes, but we can assure you that we would never include a meal that we wouldn’t put on the table for our own families as well!
Q: If I cancel the meal plan subscription, will I still be able to view meal plans?
A: You are only able to view meal plans with an active subscription. Once your subscription is inactive, you will no longer be able to view the meal plans
Do I have to follow Budget Boot Camp or Productivity Boot Camp in order to use the Budget Planner or Productivity Planner?
Definitely not! The Budget Planner and Productivity Planner make the ultimate companions to our Boot Camp programs, but it is not necessary that you have both a planner and program to be successful.
